May 2004 OMRRA Race Report

I knew after the April race weekend that my transmission wasn't working very well so I never planned on running this weekends races. I left town on my honeymoon shortly after the last race weekend and didn't have the time to get the motor dropped out and into EDR for repairs.

But...I had just managed to get some great sponsorship so I decided I would try to get out and see if I could make things work. Turns out I couldn't. I did 5 laps in practice on Saturday morning and I fought the tranny everywhere so I pulled in and called it a day

The motor will be going to EDR for repairs here soon and w/ 14 weeks to the next race...I'm sure I'll be ready.
